I stayed at this hotel for business and was impressed by its amazing location, just a few blocks away from the White House. The lobby has a unique charm, and the overall quality of the hotel is excellent. The staff, who are friendly and international, added to the pleasant experience. The double beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious and cozy king room. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff were helpful. Free coffee in the lobby and an onsite Starbucks were great perks.

I had a great stay at this hotel. I loved the location, it was close to many great spots and had easy access to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had great amenities like toiletries and ironing facilities. The staff was amazing, they were always helpful and made me feel welcome.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore all the major attractions in the city. It is also close to the Metro, making it convenient for getting around. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lobby is beautifully decorated. Additionally, the rooms are elegantly furnished and have a charming atmosphere. There is complimentary breakfast buffet for Hilton members.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the room, such as dirty window glasses and stuffed window shades.

The staff at this older luxury hotel were attentive and friendly. The lobby had a limited menu Starbucks and the bathroom had luxury products and a great hairdryer. The bedroom was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was incredibly pleased with the two key location facts. the hotel was within walking distance to the main tourist attractions and the White House. This made it so convenient for exploring the city and taking in the sights. the hotel offered a free taxi service within a 3-mile radius, which was a fantastic perk and saved us a lot of time and money. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds in the rooms. They provided a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

I was disappointed with a few aspects of the hotel. there was a bit of a smell in the room, as if someone had been smoking.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-lit room I was assigned at Madison. It was a refreshing change from the previous hotel where I had to request another room. The comfortable bedding and beautifully designed bathroom added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the city made it easy for me to explore. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend Madison for its great value and enjoyable experience.

The very unpleasant staff ! and the breakfast formula included which does not actually exist at all ! I was only able to access the buffet but I was quickly asked to go and sit down! My children and I had to go and buy another breakfast outside !

Everything was great except the hotel restaurant was expensive for the food.

The location was perfect, as it was near all the major DC sights and within walking distance to the attractions I had planned to visit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially when I requested some items from them. I also appreciated the quick Wi-Fi as I was able to watch YouTube videos without any trouble.

The location...

Impossible to switch off the auxiliary lights . We had to disconnect the plugs. Noisy air conditioning. At this level of comfort, it's the detail that kills.

The hotel's location was unbeatable; we were in the perfect spot to explore all the top tourist destinations, as well as close to numerous bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom provided great quality products for us. The service was good too.

We were disappointed to find the cost of parking per night was extremely high, an unexpected and undesirable extra expense.

The Madison Hotel offered an excellent location, helpful and professional staff, and a high level of cleanliness. The proximity to the White House was a major plus. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with a great cup of coffee at Peet's Tea and Coffee, conveniently located across from the hotel.

The location was perfect for a Christmas getaway, with easy access to shopping and holiday attractions. the staff was friendly and provided excellent concierge services, offering great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. the best part was the comfortable beds and the delicious breakfast selections offered at the hotel. The hotel was unable to accommodate our request for a room with two beds, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, our room did not have a good view.

The Madison Hotel in Washington exceeded all expectations. Outstanding professionalism and hospitality from the entire staff, who treated us and our family with the utmost respect and courtesy. The executive level and lounge were fantastic, offering delicious snacks, appetizers, and breakfast. The room was comfortable with a large TV, and the hotel's décor was lovely, creating a boutique feel. The pet-friendly policy and reasonable dog fee made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return thanks to the exceptional service of the dream team staff!
